Sticking With it
Good morning followers! I've had the pain and PLEASURE of creating a!!!21-Day Journaling Challenge. I've used quite a few of the techniques learned in this Therapeutic Art Class with a twist of my own and learned quite a bit about myself. I've also had so much fun CREATING!!! Here are a few I thought I would share with you: 1.Draw a Gratitude Clover: In each of the 4 Petals write something you are grateful for. You can also draw a picture inside the petals or write an affirmation of the name of a poem or song title that has special meaning to you. 2. Think of a flower you'd like to see, smell and touch. Then draw it.
