Vent Journaling... Get in Tune with Your Emotions and Free Your Resentments
Good morning followers! I love this idea from Tasha Ina Church in her course on "Advanced Self-Care and Healing Life Coach Certification" I'm taking from "Transformation Academy". It's called "Vent Journaling" and she suggests it's a way to release the old baggage from your past that you "feel" against someone you hurt you, angered you, disappointed you, etc. This is a way of "finding your voice". You can take a few minutes to write it down, type it down, and then tear it up, burn it, let it float down the water, or have a ceremony with it ... the way you choose to release it is up to YOU!
