  the dailygardener.com Good morning, ladies!!!!     So, on my second early walk (first one is somewhere around 5:00 -6 am) with my energetic 2-year-old Pittie mix, Lulu, I discovered some wonderful smelling honeysuckle that had curled itself around my chain link fence in the back yard. I broke off a small piece to smell and called Lu to smell it too.  Ladies....      Have you taken a moment of true GRATITUDE for your breath, your food, the feel of your toothpaste (let alone the smell of it) on your teeth as you brushed them this morning or the layout of your favorite room in house, apartment, dorm (sanctuary)? These things may seem trivial, but they can be very important in grounding us and bringing us back to the present moment.    Do you value being ONE in the present moment? Are you tired of being stuck in the past? Worried about the future? Want to truly experience whatever the experience is NOW without attaching it to TRIGGERS?     MINDFULNESS allows you to experience this peace. Come on this journey of GROUNDING.
