These things may seem trivial, but they can be very important in grounding us and bringing us back to the present moment.

   Do you value being ONE in the present moment? Are you tired of being stuck in the past? Worried about the future? Want to truly experience whatever the experience is NOW without attaching it to TRIGGERS?

    MINDFULNESS allows you to experience this peace. Come on this journey of GROUNDING. Come with bare feet and an open mind.
