Always Coming Back to "Me" ... Leaving Self-Abandonment Behind

Yesterday I got a beautiful opportunity to do some real soul-digging and a history lesson at the same time!

I'm working on my Master's Life Coaching Certification with Transformation Academy and Udemy and got to look up:

1) Nobel Peace Prize Winners during my Era to now and what I admired that could motivate me to what I wanted in my 5 Life Zones: Relationships, Career, Body, Mind and Spirit, Adventure, and Home.

2) Inventions from this same Era and what was the theme that could propel me forward!

3) Music from times in my life that made me happy or reminded me of success.

4) Pictures of myself over my lifetime where I was happy that represented success or achievement.

5) Incorporating smells that bring me happiness.

6) Incorporating textures that bring me happiness.

As I looked over my lifetime, I recognized I was there and hadn't disappeared as I had previously brainwashed myself to believe. Moreover, there were others to support and love me all through the process and pathway as I grew, went down different forks in the road, asked for help, was sheltered by HP's love, and got back into the game of life.  I'm so glad I continue to see this truth and that I'm not alone!
