Being Me as a Tree
Good morning followers!
It's been a while since I've posted. I've delved deeply into Victoria Hawkins' Shamanic Life Coaching on Transformation Academy. Let's just say... If you are into nature, crystals, customs, learning about your chakras, learning about what stones, flowers, and colors go with them and why, this is the perfect kind of coaching for you!
Anyway, here's a snippet from today's class that truly resonated personally with me.
This is Entitled If I Were a Tree:
Here's Victoria's Guided Meditation:
If you were a tree, what kind of tree would you be? 🌳
Let’s embark on a guided visualization inspired by Victoria Hawkins. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and let your imagination soar:
Roots: Imagine your roots sinking deep into the earth, anchoring you firmly. Feel the nourishing soil cradle you, providing stability and connection.
Trunk: Picture your trunk—strong, resilient, and weathered by time. Is it thick and gnarled like an ancient oak, or slender and graceful like a birch?
Leaves: Visualize your leaves. Are they broad and lush, capturing sunlight for photosynthesis? Or delicate and feathery, whispering secrets in the breeze?
Blossoms or Fruits: Consider the blossoms or fruits you bear. Are they vibrant flowers, attracting bees and butterflies? Or perhaps you yield abundant fruit, sustaining others.
Seasons: Feel the changing seasons. Are you a blossoming cherry tree in spring, adorned with pink petals? Or a fiery maple in autumn, painting the landscape with crimson hues?
Birds and Creatures: Imagine birds nesting in your branches, squirrels darting playfully, and insects exploring your bark. You are a haven for life.
Whispers of Wisdom: Listen closely. What wisdom do you share with those who seek solace beneath your canopy? What stories do you hold?
Connection: Feel the interconnectedness—the mycorrhizal networks linking you to neighboring trees, exchanging nutrients and messages.
Breath: Breathe in the forest air. You are part of something vast, ancient, and sacred.
Gratitude: Open your eyes. As you return to the present, carry the essence of your chosen tree within you. Whether oak, pine, willow, or cedar, you are a tree—a living embodime
nt of resilience, growth, and rootedness.
Remember, this visualization is a journey of self-discovery. Embrace the tree that resonates with your spirit, and let its wisdom guide you.
