21 Days of Surrender
Good morning , followers!
I've been so blessed on this path of learning and sharing this Yoga Life Coaching Course I'm taking with Victoria Hawkins.
One of the Tenets she covers is Sadhana Yoga.

Victoria covers the practice of choice! It also becomes 21 days of "intentional commitment".
What is amazing about this process is neural pathways in the brain start to change after 21 days!
So, here's a link on forming new habits and being gentle with yourself 😁

Now, onto the exciting Surrender 21 Day Box!
Cut up strips of paper for this Box.
Place each day something you're really committing to surrender.
Choose a time of day to do this!
Set an intention for this Surrender Box: Could be as simple as " I am surrendering all and in peace, love, kindness for myself and the world".
It is best to start this process at the beginning of the month like May 1rst and go through May 21st.
An example of what you can write on your 1rst strip of paper can be "I surrender old resentments".
Mine would be," I surrender unrealistic expectations".
You continue doing this until you come to love and compassion.
At the end of 21 days, you empty the container, tear up the strips, and release them. You can even have a burning ceremony with sage if you choose.
Repeat this process after the 1rst of the month begins again to give yourself time to process and integrate the new patterns in your mind, body, and life.
Remember that Surrender can be easy and fun. We have experienced a "False Sense of Control". By experiencing this process, we are being guided by best possible path".
I wish you peace, release, and light,
Laura
