What is Loneliness?

This question in my Sobriety Life Coaching hit me like a ton of bricks.
Once I began answering the questions, I had to admit, I've been dealing with loneliness all my life.
It's the biggest source of my personal addictions and not feeling "enough". Today, I'm going to share these questions, Gladies Flores, presents in this course as an eye-opener to one of the roadblocks to sobriety.
1. What times do you feel most lonely?
2. What things do you do when you are lonely?
3. How does your body respond to loneliness?
4. The opposite of feeling lonely is _____________?
