Let's Talk About the S Word!!!

  Good morning followers!  We're going to talk about that annoying S##### word today!  And some tips on how to manage it. We all have stress!  I grew up in a stress-filled home and witnessed maniac ways of  "reacting" to it. Thank goodness, I am exposing myself to healthier ways to dealing with stress, and not allowing "stress" to cause the same "mayhem" it did when I was a kid.
