Let's Talk About Your Archetype and How to Use it for Change!

Good morning followers!

I'm going to start this blog with a free Psychological Archetype Test from" Lonerwolf"

https://lonerwolf.com/psychological-archetype-test/

(I tested as a Seeker).

Today's topic is all about identifying which "archetype" would most naturally align with your Future Self's vision.

Here are the 12 Jungian Archetypes  from learning mind for your reference.

https://www.learning-mind.com/12-archetypes/

Today's writing comes from "Kimberly Rich's Future Self Life Coaching Course" on Transformation Academy.

Once again, I'll share my personal answers so that you can get a "snapshot" of this work and do it for yourself. It's quite interesting!!

Let's begin our Worksheet titled, "Using Archetypes for Identity Shifts".

Instructions: To identify which archetype naturally aligns with your Future Self.

Summarize  Your Future Self's Vision: To be authentic with myself and others, be in balance with my responsibilities, relationships, fun, and share my "experience, strength and hope" where and when it's asked for, also to become a more active listener.

Explore Common Future Self Archetypes:

The Leader (Key Traits: Decisive, Inspiring, Strategic, Empowering), I show these traits when I'm in groups, as a parent, and in my work. I have current blocks when I feel criticized, when I'm in fear, or parentified. Natural strengths to build on: Empowering myself to speak up and only do her part, keep the topic on point in conversations, use healthy boundaries, recognize that it's not you all the time. Also empower others that possess skills you don't have to step up so that them team or group is healthier.

The Sage( Key Traits: Wise, Teaching, Guiding, Thought Leadership) I show these in my groups, and as a Sponsor. My Current Blocks tend to be highly intelligent people, aggressive people, "people  who have better ideas", and "competitive people". Natural strengths to build on are: my wisdom and ability to recognize I can learn from others, my understanding that there are always people that need to "win"( I don't need to ( I just like to be part of), my guidance in spiritual matters that calms me with the aggression. I don't need to surround myself with it or internalize that today.

The Creator( Key Traits: Innovative, Original, Expressive, Pioneering) I show these traits in groups and in my work. I have blocks with aggressive people and when I feel doubt or hear doubt. Natural strengths to build on: My ideas are unique so often they scare people or people will try to stop change. Learning to speak up is key. Communicating in an assertive way yet letting go of the outcome is the gift of trust in myself, HP, and others.

The Explorer(Key Traits: Risk-Taking, Groundbreaking, Adventurous) I show these traits when I'm having fun. Current blocks: Criticism, Self-Doubt, Rigidity, Irresponsibility. Natural strengths to build on: I'm adventurous at heart, I have a free-spirit, I don't have an irresponsible bone in my body, I can take a risk today and integrate fun in my life and schedule and it not only makes me a happy person, but it makes my day go better!

The Alchemist(Key Traits: Transformative, Integrative, Systemic) I show these traits in groups. Current blocks are religiosity and parentification.  Natural strengths to build on: I'm being transformed with a diverse group of people who have a diverse spiritual background. I can integrate my own healing when I hear or feel something familiarly triggering and write down why and process it. It's an opportunity to get information.
