1. Practicing Future Self-Visualization: Imagine your most authentic future self. What are they doing, how do they move, what do they say, how do they live? What does it feel like to be them? What is one thing they do one a regular basis that you can begin practicing now?

2. Choosing an Authenticity Anchor: Pick a physical anchor ( object, phrase, posture, or breath pattern) that represents your truth. What is it? How does it make you feel? When will you use it to reconnect with yourself?

3. Values Mapping: List your top 3 values. Then reflect: Where in your life( work, home, relationships, or health) do you see these values fully present? Where are they missing? What's one area you want and need to realign?

4. Set an Intention to Integrate Your Embodiment Techniques: How will you begin bringing these embodiment techniques into your daily life? Write one clear intention. Ex: "I will pause and connect with my anchor each morning before starting my day."
