The 5 Step Shift Formula
Good morning all!
It's been awhile!
I'm taking a course called "Law of Attraction : Allowing Prosperity & Abundance SIMPLIFIED Life Coaching" by Terez Firewoman Hartmann through Transformation Academy.
What I's like to focus on today is her 5 Step Shift Formula:
1. Soothe(yourself)- Do whatever is needed to make you feel better and raise your "vibe
2. Honor (your feelings)- Accept the contrast
3. Interrupt (the pattern) Introduce something fresh and new
4. Feed(possibility & hope)- Hone your focus & also do what you CAN
5. THANK YOU! Thoughts-Thank you in "abundance".
Introduction to the Mosquito Principle:
Whenever a funky though comes up that becomes that is a catalyst for INTERFERANCE ( especially one that has NO constructive purpose), do not, do not, do not examine it! LET IT PASS!
The best way to STOP NEGATIVE MOMENTUM is to PIVOT before it STARTS!
Any time you SHIFT your focus to helpful, lighter thoughts, "You allow your flow".
