Now we are going to cover a worksheet that is covered in the Grief Life Coaching Course by Jan Davidson on " Creating Grief Affirmations".

I'm going to give my own personal answers as I go through this worksheet with you.

1. Identify Areas of Need:

For myself right now, devastated by the gaping hole left inside and the trauma caused by his death.

2. Step 2: Choose Positive Language:

"I am surrounded by support and care".

3. Step 3: Make It Personal:

"Each day I am finding new ways and new connections to deal and heal from the loss of my son. "

4. Step 4. Keep It Concise:

"I am healing from the loss of my son."

5. Believe in Your Affirmation:

" I am finding moments of healing from the death of my son".

6. Step 6: Practice Daily:

I'm finding moments of healing from the death of my son".

I did these Steps prior to working the Table Jan provides!

I loved how my personal answers opened up and changed as I did this work!

I hope you will try it out for yourself as well.

It's worth it! You're worth it!

Thanks for allowing me to walk alongside your journey in healing, hope, and health,

Laura
