Somatic Yoga
Happy New Year Followers! I'm taking a "Somatic Healing Life Coach Class " by Tasha Ina Church through Transformation Academy. One of the Somatic Practices she covers in this intensive course is Somatic Yoga. What is Somatic Yoga? Somatic Yoga is yoga that focuses on the experience, skill, and ease of the movement and transitions. This differs from traditional yoga where the focus is on "external results." Somatic yoga allows us to interpret how we "feel in the moment and respond accordingly". By doing so, we learn new skills more consciously.
