  Good morning all!   It's been awhile!   I'm taking a course called "Law of Attraction : Allowing Prosperity & Abundance SIMPLIFIED Life Coaching" by Terez Firewoman Hartmann through Transformation Academy.  What I's like to focus on today is her 5 Step Shift Formula: 1. Soothe(yourself)- Do whatever is needed to make you feel better and raise your "vibe 2. Honor (your feelings)- Accept the contrast 3. Interrupt (the pattern) Introduce something fresh and new 4.
