  Good morning Followers!  This is the first time I'm using one of my personalized paint by number paintings as one of my main photos in this blog!  Good morning, Followers!  This morning I wanted to touch on a topic that has always been tough for me: Confrontation! And to make it worse... the other person you're involved with has a negative emotional state! I'm still taking "the Emotional Intelligence Life Coaching Certification Course" through "Transformation Academy".   Good morning followers!  We're going to talk about that annoying S##### word today!  And some tips on how to manage it. We all have stress!  I grew up in a stress-filled home and witnessed maniac ways of  "reacting" to it. Thank goodness, I am exposing myself to healthier ways to dealing with stress, and not allowing "stress" to cause the same "mayhem" it did when I was a kid.
