  Good morning , followers!     I've been so blessed on this path of learning and sharing this Yoga Life Coaching Course I'm taking with Victoria Hawkins.   One of the Tenets she covers is Sadhana Yoga.  https://www.yogapedia.com/2/6843/yoga-practice/lifestyle/create-your-own-unique-sadhana Victoria covers the practice of choice! Radical Compassion in a New Light

 Good morning followers,      I'm continuing to be enlightened in my teachings to abundance, compassion, strength, intuition, and better breathing. I've enrolled myself in Victoria Hawkin's " Yoga Life Coaching" on Transformation Academy. This morning, I was fascinated as she presented "Ashima Yoga".  I learned the meaning of "Ashima" was to "do no harm". This type of yoga is all about choosing compassion. Several times she uses the quote, "Practice makes master." Another quote she brings this morning is from Ghandi. "We must be change we want we see in the world. "As she is making reference to this quote, Hawkins brings up her own wishes, love, kindness, patience, joy. What are yours? This type of yoga is about choosing more positive words. Finding Your Element and Restoring it To Balance

  Good afternoon, followers!    The past few days I've been learning about our Four Elements with Victoria Hawkins on Transformation Academy's "Shamanic Life Coaching". It's a science lesson, a life lesson, a mindfulness lesson, a cultural lesson, and spiritual lesson masterfully woven up into one! Fire : Fire is represented by the upright triangle. Logo is red, orange, or yellow flame in color. These people tend to possess ideas of strength, passion, lifeforce, activity, purifying, or smoothing out situations. This is associated with the flourishing season of summer and warmth. These folks tend to be leaders and hot-tempered. They also get excited about one thing or many things. They can lose focus in bring that idea into energy or fruition. Must balance their fire with Earth by grounding.
