Tools in Emotional Grief Healing

 Good morning, Followers,    Funny how life and HP will give you what you need right when you need it if you are paying ATTENTION!!! I was driving to get my car that I inherited from my former oldest brother serviced, and I was nudged to do Grief Coaching.   Good morning, followers!    As I'm getting deeper into this "Yoga Life Coaching" with Victoria Hawkins, I found this powerful tool for taking care of your "Energetic Self." It is referred to as "Cutting the Cord": This tool is useful when: 1.We feel as though we have been living our whole True Self and being pulled in "Two Directions." 2. We are thinking about or focusing about someone else while trying to get our work done. 3. We want to simply FOCUS on the MOMENT. 4. YOUR ENERGY IS DRAINED. The process is this.... Think about whether there is a situation that needs forgiveness. You choose to let go of the hurt so that you can be free and move forward in life.  Ask yourself are you ready to forgive? Are you drained of energy? If you're not ready to forgive... Do the process again.
